Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining existing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. Please note: Fluency in the French language is a strict requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Lead Generation: Maintain existing customers while actively generating new leads as required.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with prospective leads and customers.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective customers when necessary.
- Channel Expansion: Enroll distributors and wholesalers in accordance with the company’s customer onboarding directives.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's ERP system.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively promote company products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Language: MUST BE FLUENT IN THE FRENCH LANGUAGE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
