We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
* Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
* Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
* Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
* Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Target-driven with a strong desire to close deals
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong follow-up and organizational skills
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
* Must be proactive, confident, and self-motivated
* Driving skill is an added advantage.
