Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited, a leading life assurance provider in Ghana, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Retail Business to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will lead retail sales growth by recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a strong team of sales agents while driving the achievement of sales and premium targets. The role will also involve developing winning sales strategies, generating leads and referrals, driving customer acquisition, organising institutional presentations and sales activations, and building strong client and business relationships.
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification, at least two years’ experience in a sales leadership role, strong experience in agency recruitment and team management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and people management skills are essential.
