🎯 Main Responsibilities (At a Glance)
- Business Development – Recruit customer groups, promote loan products, hit acquisition targets
- Group Formation & Loan Admin – Form groups, assess customers, process loan documentation
- Portfolio Management & Collections – Monitor repayments, collect dues, reduce delinquency/NPLs
- Customer Relationship – Build community ties, resolve complaints, retain customers
- Compliance & Risk – Conduct KYC, follow regulations, report fraud/risks
- Reporting – Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
