Role Overview:
Enumerators are responsible for the frontline collection of high-quality quantitative and qualitative data in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and data collection using digital tools (tablets/smartphones).
- Accurately record responses and ensure data integrity.
- Adhere strictly to research protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in training and pilot testing of data collection tools.
- Report daily progress and challenges to Field Coordinators.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field data collection.
- Fluency in local languages and excellent communication skills.
