MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - DIRECT SALE INVENTORY CONTROL
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about inventory management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment while supporting our business.
Key Responsibility:
- Perform daily Accounts Receivable(AR) and inventory reconciliations.
- Verify inventory uplifts, returns and transfers.
- Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Prepare inventory reports and support effective stock controls.
- Perform daily, weekly & monthly reconciliations
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Good
- understanding of basic accounting principles and inventory control procedures.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to work with SAP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
