Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Motorbike Sales Person to join an FMCG retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, using a company-provided motorbike to distribute products, engage with customers, and achieve weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ride a company-provided motorbike to designated field locations within Spintex and surrounding areas.
- Sell FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
- Ensure the company motorbike is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Collect payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must know how to ride a motorbike.
- Must possess a valid Ghana Card.
- Prior experience in sales or FMCG distribution is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Spintex and Accra routes is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: GHS 2,000 / month
- Performance Incentive: Up to GHS 1,500 / week (earned upon achievement of weekly sales targets)
- Total Earning Potential: Up to GHS 8,000 / month
