At Xinix, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us remotely!
What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Outbound Sales: Execute 100–150 cold calls/outreach touchpoints daily to build pipeline and book qualified meetings.
📥 Inbound Lead Nurturing: Rapidly respond to and qualify incoming inbound leads to turn interest into action.
📊 CRM Hygiene: Track, manage, and optimize your outreach using our CRM tools.
📈 Pipeline Growth: Collaborate with our core sales team to scale our presence across the UK market.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: Graduate degree (minimum requirement).
💼 Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling—ideally within a Software House or BPO environment.
⏰ Work Hours: Standard UK Working Hours (Remote).
💬 Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
🛠️ Tech Savvy: Hands-on understanding of CRM systems and modern sales execution tools.
