Job Summary:
Peduase Valley Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry, and will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and promoting the resort's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and the resort's website.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI for management.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry (3-star and above).
- Added Advantage: A Post Graduate Degree or membership in a recognized Professional Marketing Body (e.g., AAG, CIMG, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
