About the Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and motivated Tele-sales Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an on-site internship opportunity designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in tele-sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities (Inferred from required skills)
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
- Perform other tele-sales and marketing administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Marketing or Sales certification is an advantage.
- Must live in Madina or its environs.
