CR Workforce is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SME Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME lending, exceptional business development skills, and a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management. This role requires a leader who can drive real impact and contribute to the growth of our SME loan portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years' professional experience, preferably in SME lending.
- Strong SME Sales & Business Development experience.
- Experience in SME/Corporate Loans & Financing.
- Proven client acquisition & portfolio management skills.
- Team leadership experience.
- Banking/Microfinance/Finance House experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SME sales and business development initiatives to achieve targets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of SME/Corporate loans and financing.
- Acquire new clients and effectively manage a robust portfolio.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
