KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with clients.
- Identify and onboard new customers to grow market coverage.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Collect orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of High School Diploma / SHS Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or open market distribution.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market and territory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or sales tracking tools.
