Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. and communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company's Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
- Distribution Management to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI's, GTM, Inventory Management.
