PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The VSR has to ensure he meets the sales & distribution goals of the company
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure discipline: attendance, top-ups, reporting time in the morning, the time they reach their first store, offloading, account balances.
• Usage of handheld (SFA) device correctly
• Products are sold at the correct price to the outlet
• Communicate on the benefits, features & profit story of the products.
• Ensure that the VSR is visiting the right stores at the right frequency.
• Conversant with the market, all the stores, customers & routes
• Communicates the RSP as per the principal recommendations.
• Ensure he meets the numeric distribution as aligned with the principals
• Effective Communication & implementation of the promos to the outlet
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the POSM & adhering to the planogram for the visibility of the products in the outlets
• Adhere to the must stock list sku’s as per the principal standards.
SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum bachelor degree
• At least 1 years of sales experience in Food/FMCG industry
• Sound knowledge of sales and distribution fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of the geography/Trade
