Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer (Business-to-Consumer sales) to promote and sell telecommunication products and services directly to individual customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, delivering excellent customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell telecommunication products and services to individual customers
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Attend to customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
- Monitor market trends and provide customer feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2C sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
