Position: Lubricants Sales Manager

Key Purpose

To develop the lubricants business within the industrial, transport, agricultural and automotive sectors to ensure market share and sales are achieved in line with company policy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed plans to boost market share and profitability.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Manage and expand customer and distributor relationships.

• Perform market analysis and oversee promotional activities to enhance brand presence.

Specific Outcomes

• Meet or exceed annual sales and volume targets.

• Drive growth in lubricant volumes and profit.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Specific Outcomes

MBA or related master's degree.

Proven sales experience in Lubricants or related products within specified sectors.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

High proficiency in MS Office and understanding of corporate governance.
