Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead and supervise sales agents across multiple regions, drive daily sales performance, and ensure smooth customer registration processes while maintaining strong brand standards.
Job Description:
* Recruit, train, and guide sales agents.
* Motivate the team and help them stay focused on daily targets.
* Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.
* Verify that all sales are genuine and properly documented.
* Support agents with customer issues and follow-up calls.
* Prepare simple daily or weekly reports for management.
* Explore new strategies and locations to increase sales.
* Help maintain a positive team environment and strong brand image.
* Assist with document checks and ensure smooth registration processes
