About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Finance Officer with solid FMCG experience. The ideal candidate will understand both manufacturing and sales operations, and drive financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
* Partner with operations & sales to improve profitability and cost efficiency
* Provide financial analysis to support pricing, cost management, and business planning
* Manage cash flow and working capital; ensure timely reporting
* Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
* Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team
✅ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
*progressive finance experience in FMCG (manufacturing or sales)
* Strong understanding of FMCG operations – inventory, distribution & sales cycles
* Solid management accounting / commercial finance experience
* Audit background is acceptable, but operational finance exposure is preferred
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
