Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and staff performance
- Ensure shop cleanliness, product arrangement, and stock availability
- Monitor sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise inventory management and report stock levels
- Train and guide shop attendants
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Diploma in Business or related field
- At least 1–2 years of retail/shop experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
