We are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in civil infrastructure projects while participating in a structured mentorship programme toward ECSA professional registration.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Assist with design, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for civil infrastructure.
- Support site inspections, project administration and project coordination.
- Update and maintain CAD/Revit drawings.
- Support tender submissions.
- Manage technical documentation and project submissions.
- Support use of engineering software and tools to improve design workflows and site data collection.
- Maintain professional interactions with clients and ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with the Company's Employment Equity Plan and Targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years experience (including internship/vacation work) in civil infrastructure
