Responsibilities:
- Show up to meetings. Make people fall in love with you. Get them to sign engagement letters.
- Work closely with our Senior Account Exec, our Sales Manager, and our CEO to figure out process changes.
- Talk through strategies with clients.
- Debate with clients on what their correct hiring decisions should be.
- Win those debates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
- A minimum of 2 years as an Account Executive / Account Manager
- In-depth marketing knowledge. You will not get this job without this knowledge. We will quiz you.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas, address client needs, and close deals.
- Willingness to work in line with US East Coast hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and clients. 9 am - 6 pm EST
- You should be good enough at Google Sheets. Like...you know a few formulas off the top of your head.
- You speak quickly. This is a fast-moving team. You'll find no better match if you’re looking for that.
