Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and hotel policies
• Manage and maintain financial records, accounts and ledgers
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ACCA, ICA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g Quick Books, Tally & Sage)
