- 5+ years of full-time hands-on Accounting experience.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on Bookkeeping experience.
- 1+ years of full-time hands-on experience working in a Staffing / Staff Augmentation Agency providing resources to Clients as a vendor.
- Upper-intermediate to fluent spoken and written English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- Ability to work in the US time zone.
- Attention to detail and the ability to keep things on schedule regardless of obstacles.
- Relentless drive to do whatever it takes to accomplish things on time and with quality.
- Proactive communication, ability to take ownership, and improve the existing processes.
- Passion for technology, curiosity about new ways to automate manual processes with technology tools.
- Administrative experience.
- QuickBooks experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent demonstrated ability.
