Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the assembling, sales and servicing of commercial vehicles and machines, is looking for an Account Officer for permanent employment.
Job Responsibilities
- Presentation of cheques from Customers to the bank for clearing.
- Confirming bank repayment statements.
- Getting Credit sales documents signed by assigned signatories and keeping them archived.
- Communicating with company branches concerning payments by Customers.
- Enter Branches Receipts Receive branch cheques. Reconciliation of branches sales. Entry of spare parts sales
- And any other duty that may be assigned by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.
Qualification and Requirements
- HND/Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
- A student/member of ICA or ACCA is an added advantage.
- An analytical approach to work with high numeracy and sound technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
- High sense of purpose and integrity
- Ability to work in a high-pressure job demand industry
- Ability to work in team
- Respect for authority
- Excellent knowledge in Ms Office suit especially in Excel
