Job Description
HR Magro Kings is seeking a creative, technically skilled, and motivated Architect for a National Service placement in Greater Accra.
The successful candidate will contribute to architectural design development, 3D visualization, preparation of working drawings, and project coordination. The ideal applicant should be proficient in Revit, possess strong conceptual design skills, and be capable of translating approved sketches and design concepts into detailed architectural presentations and construction drawings.
Candidates with additional skills in architectural animation and walkthrough production will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals from approved sketches and master layouts.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
• Use Revit to develop architectural models and prepare working drawings.
• Prepare and update architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Assist with project coordination and communicate design updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and monitor project progress where required.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into architectural designs.
• Prepare architectural presentations and other design documentation.
• Create architectural animations, walkthroughs, and fly-through presentations where necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Relevant educational background in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong architectural visualization and 3D rendering skills.
• Ability to develop architectural concepts and produce working drawings.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond positively to feedback.
• Experience in architectural animation, walkthroughs, or fly-through presentations is an added advantage.
