Job Summary
A recruitment opportunity is available for a National Service Personnel to work as a Facility Manager in Adjiriganor or its surrounding areas. The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, manage guest accommodation, supervise staff, and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily facility and property operations, including cleaning, maintenance, guest rooms, pool, and general upkeep.
• Supervise facility staff and security personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage Airbnb and front-desk operations, including bookings, room preparation, supplies, and laundry.
• Monitor maintenance activities, purchases, and expenses.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure guests receive professional, welcoming, and high-quality service.
• Maintain accountability and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
