Job Description
HR Magro Kings is seeking a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman for a National Service placement in Greater Accra. The successful candidate will support the preparation and development of architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural design principles, excellent technical drawing skills, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, detailed, and buildable drawings.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings using Revit.
• Develop, modify, and update architectural models and drawings.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and schedules.
• Interpret architectural designs and translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams to incorporate design revisions.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Organize drawing packages and deliver assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Relevant educational background in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Architectural Drafting.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
