About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive market expansion, and achieve business growth targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly sales and marketing strategies
- Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to meet KPIs
- Drive market growth through distributor appointments and territory expansion
- Conduct regular market visits
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counterstrategies
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Execute marketing promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within FMCG
- Proven experience in territory management and distributor development
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
