Job Description:

The role involves managing day-to-day front office activities, supporting HR processes, and ensuring administrative systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-oriented, and committed to maintaining high professional standards in a dynamic work environment.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate front office operations and communications.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, events, and office logistics.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
  • Maintain and update administrative and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional handling of client interactions.





Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration or HR.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
