🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Research & Reporting: Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the COO as required.
• Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for the COO, handling correspondence and phone calls efficiently.
• Schedule & Travel Coordination: Manage the COO’s diary, organizing meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and transportation as needed.
• Task Follow-Up: Ensure strong follow-up with relevant managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
