A reputable retail company is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Lead to manage daily store operations at Achimota Mall, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.


Job description:

The Team Lead will oversee store operations, manage and motivate staff, maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards, and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. The role also includes building strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.


Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and team performance

• Maintain store ambience and visual merchandising standards

• Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates for excellent service

• Manage stock levels, inventory, and daily banking operations

• Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Experience in retail operations, customer service, and cash management

• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel

• Passion for premium brands and a proactive, customer-first attitude
