TPG Consultancy Limited is seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Boutique Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations and deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, promote merchandise, process sales transactions, and help maintain an attractive and well-organized boutique.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Promote boutique products and communicate product features effectively.
- Process customer purchases and payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales area is organized.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and support daily store operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, boutique operations, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote products and work towards sales targets.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
