Job Description
Holly Trans Limited is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its shipping and logistics team in Makola, Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, attracting and retaining customers, promoting the company’s shipping and logistics services, and building strong relationships with clients.
Candidates with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, clearing, courier services, import/export, supply chain management, or sales are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Promote shipping, freight, courier, and logistics services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and prospective business deals.
- Negotiate sales agreements and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A diploma, HND, or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or logistics is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of freight, clearing, courier, import/export, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
