Job Descriptions
Shop Attendant
- Attend to customers, respond to enquiries, and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Arrange products neatly and maintain a clean, organised shop.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Online Sales Attendant
- Manage customer enquiries and orders received through online platforms.
- Promote products and engage customers through appropriate digital channels.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Provide timely responses and maintain good customer relationships.
Stock/Packing Person
- * Receive, sort, arrange, and organise stock.
- * Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- * Check products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- * Maintain inventory records and keep the storage area organised.
Requirements
* Must reside in or around Madina, Ashale-Botwe, or nearby communities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant experience is an advantage.
