RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries professionally
- Resolve complaints with accurate info and quick solutions
- Update client records in CRM after every interaction
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/Diploma/Degree in Communication or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in call center or customer support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
