Requirements and Qualification
•⁠  ⁠Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or client-facing role.
•⁠  ⁠Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in any relevant field; a background in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
•⁠  ⁠Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including shift work, night shifts, and weekends as required.
•⁠  ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
