Requirements and Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in any relevant field; a background in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including shift work, night shifts, and weekends as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused when handling complaints or difficult situations.
