Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Group operations and execution.
- Support strategic growth, expansion, and business scalability.
- Drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Improve KPI reporting, systems visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide strategic reports to executive leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' senior operations management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Large Scale operations.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
