The Operation Officer supports the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization by monitoring workflows, coordinating across departments, and ensuring activities are executed in a timely and structured manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor emails and platforms, ensuring prompt responses and escalating SLAs risks.
- Track pending approvals and activity timelines, implementing proactive measures to mitigate against activities going overdue.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, taking necessary actions to prevent overruns.
- Monitor SLA adherence across client platforms and rectify violations promptly.
