Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering competency-based training programmes for heavy mining equipment operators. The role involves classroom instruction, field coaching, practical assessments and continuous performance monitoring to ensure operators meet the Company's safety, productivity and operational standards.
