Sunda International is seeking a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, and Chinese soups.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen operations and work independently to meet meal service demands.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in managing kitchen inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be a Local Ghanaian.
- Proven experience in Chinese cuisine (e.g., stir-fry, fried rice, noodles, Chinese soups, etc.).
- Good cooking skills and strong hygiene awareness.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Advantage: Prior experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment.
