Job Summary: We are hiring reliable Kitchen Assistants to support the culinary team with basic food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef in preparing ingredients (chopping vegetables, peeling, etc.).
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and appliances.
- Ensure all kitchen supplies are properly stocked and stored.
- Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
