Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to support our culinary team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with basic food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (chopping, peeling, measuring).
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and dining areas.
- Receive and store food deliveries properly.
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices.
