Job Summary:
Peduase Valley Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, the ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff.

- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: HND/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Added Advantage: Experience in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel in the same role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
