We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Accounting Manager who thrives in a people-centered environment, ready to build lasting relationships and elevate service excellence.
Requirements:
• Manage and supervise a team of accountants providing day-to-day bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance services to clients
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, and tax filings prepared by the team
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
• Monitor workflows and ensure deadlines are met across all client accounts
• Provide guidance and training to junior accountants and ensure adherence to accounting standards
• Implement and maintain efficient processes for onboarding, reporting, and client communications
• Conduct periodic client meetings to review financial performance and offer strategic insights
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service offerings, tools, and team capacity
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and financial regulations
