 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to lead key client relationships and oversee account operations across multiple projects. This role requires someone who can manage complex accounts, guide junior account staff, and ensure campaigns are delivered at a high standard in a fast‑paced agency environment.



 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage senior‑level client relationships and day‑to‑day account performance.
- Lead account planning, campaign coordination, and delivery across multiple clients.
- Supervise and mentor Accounts Managers and Account Executives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client and internal issues.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and project teams to ensure briefs are clear and deliverables meet expectations.
- Oversee scopes, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery.
- Review client presentations, reports, and proposals before submission.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts.



 Requirements
- A degree or post‑degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, CIM, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment.
- Proven experience managing complex or high‑value client accounts.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within an agency setting.
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of advertising strategy, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
