Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Finance Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, originate and execute deals, and support fundraising and investment activities across the Group. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution and will work closely with the GCEO and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident engaging investors, DFIs, and corporate partners. Experience in telecommunications and/or energy is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
* Identify, evaluate, and structure new business and investment opportunities across energy, telecommunications, technology, and impact sectors
* Build and manage a robust deal pipeline with clear revenue and growth impact
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions
Corporate Finance & Deal Execution
* Develop and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis)
* Prepare high-quality investment materials including pitch decks, teasers, and information memoranda
* Support fundraising activities, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and manage relationships with investors, DFIs, corporate partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
* Represent Taicorp at pitch sessions, investor meetings, conferences, and industry events
* Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA is an advantage)
* 5–8+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or related roles
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
* Sector experience in telecommunications and/or energy is highly desirable
* Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
