Job Description
Responsible for driving the development of new business across both retail and institutional segments, with a strong emphasis on promoting and deepening participation in SIMS’ Collective Investment Schemes (CIS). This includes managing and strengthening existing client relationships, prospecting and onboarding new clients, and identifying growth opportunities through cross‑selling and multi‑channel distribution initiatives. The role requires that clients receive a consistently high standard of service, while delivering on defined revenue, asset growth, and client retention targets, particularly within the CIS product suite.
Identifying marketing opportunities and the sale of all SIMS products with a primary focus on the Collective Investment Schemes.
Developing strategies to achieve sales targets
Preparation and presentation of proposals to HNWI and Institutional Clients
Liaising with key stakeholders to meet client expectations
Ensure proper and full completion of client onboarding forms
Type of Qualification
Minimum qualification 1: First Degree
Minimum qualification 2: GSE Investment Adviser Certification is a requirement for the role
Other preferred qualifications, certifications, or professional memberships. A second degree is an advantage.
Experience Required
Relationship Management
The role requires a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
Understanding of the asset or fund management environment
