Job Description:
A leading automobile organization is seeking to employ experienced accounting and finance professional to lead financial reporting, audit coordination and statutory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Lead finance team and oversee accounting operations
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements
Qualifications:
1. First degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a recognized institution.
2. Master’s degree is an advantage.
3. At least 5 years of accounting or finance related work experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
4. Membership or certification from a recognized professional accounting body (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA).
5. Experience with Ghanaian tax laws and statutory reporting.
