The Main responsibilities:
(a) Complying with the company, state, and country's accounting and financial regulations.
(b) Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
(c) Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
(d) Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
(e) Creating financial reports like profit and loss statements and balance sheets, etc.
(f) Presenting data to investors, managers, and other entities.
(g) Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
(h) Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
(i) Maintaining accurate financial reports.
(j) Performing accurate financial reports.
(k) Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
(l) Computing taxes.
(m) Being updated about changes related to finance and accounting.
(n) Helping management in decision-making.
(o) Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.
(p) Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
(q) Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
(r) Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
(s) Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions.
