Job Description
SkyNet Express Ghana is seeking a mature, experienced, and results-oriented individual to join its team as an E-Commerce Fulfilment Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee daily e-commerce order fulfilment operations, coordinate shipments and deliveries, supervise staff, and ensure efficient service delivery across branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily e-commerce order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor shipments across branches and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, and undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate staff and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor fulfilment performance.
- Identify new e-commerce business opportunities and support customer base growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least five years of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience.
- Experience in courier services, logistics, e-commerce, or distribution will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mature and responsible individual, preferably aged 36 years and above.
